In-Home/Residential Care:

In-Home/Residential Care comes to you, in your home and community. 

​BGAZ provides education, peer advocacy, development of community supports, skill-building tools for daily living, and home care training assistance to you, your family, and other important people in your life so that you can learn to manage your symptoms, stay in the community and out of the hospital, and live as successfully and independently as possible. 

In-Home/Residential Care services include supervision and the provision of behavioral health support services such as personal care (especially prescribed behavioral interventions), psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training and development, and/or the participation in treatment and discharge planning.
